# one08.tech

> one08.tech is a software studio in Lucknow, India. It builds and operates three products (Fuelti for fuel stations, Biller for small-shop billing, Medi for hospitals) and delivers AI, cloud, data, analytics, website and app engineering for other teams.

## A small team that answers for its own software.

Fuelti serves fuel stations, Biller serves small shops and Medi serves hospitals. We operate all three ourselves, so when we build for you we already know what it takes to keep software running.

- [Medi](https://one08.tech/products/medi): One calm workspace for your whole hospital. A hospital management system covering patients, visits, admissions, doctors, lab and expenses, with role-based access for every kind of staff member.

### Fuelti: screens in order

- Daily Sales: The owner or manager can answer how the day went in one look, and see straight away where the money does not match.
- Shift details: Everything about one shift is in one panel, in plain words such as Meter says, Collected and Difference. Nobody has to add up a register.
- Shift Reviews: The manager settles a day against the money in hand, not against memory, and the check is kept as a record.
- Fuel Loans: Credit is the part of a station that is easiest to lose track of. This screen keeps what is still to collect in front of you.
- Payments: A repayment only counts once it has been checked. This screen shows what is waiting, so nothing stays pending by accident.
- Reports: Patterns that are invisible on one day, such as a DSM whose shifts often come up short, show over a week or a month.

### Biller: screens in order

- Create a bill: This is the screen used for every sale, so the common case is one tap per item and one tap to finish.
- Bill details: A customer who comes back, or a mistake found later, can be handled from the bill itself, without keeping a paper copy.
- Items: The item list is the base of every bill, so the price and the GST are set once here and not at the counter.
- Dashboard: The owner can see how the shop is doing from the phone, without a spreadsheet.
- Reports: What the accountant asks for at the end of the month is one tap away, and it is a file you control.
- Settings: Everything that is set once per phone, such as the printer, the lock and the backup, is in one place.

### Medi: screens in order

- Patients: Finding the patient first avoids duplicate records, and every visit, stay and lab order then attaches to the same one.
- Start a visit: How a visit starts decides which steps follow, so a doctor and a department are asked for only when they are needed.
- Visit: services: Services and plans are priced from the hospital's own catalog, so what is chosen here is what the order is built from.
- Visit: order summary: Everyone sees the same priced order before a visit is closed. Invoices and payments are not part of Medi today.
- Lab worklist: The lab sees what is waiting for a sample and what is waiting for a result in one list, and the order status follows the work.
- Roles: Roles are the hospital's own, so access can follow how the hospital actually works instead of a fixed list.
