What you see

A page split in two. The left half is dark and carries the name Fuelti Admin, the line Fuel station management, simplified, and three ticked points: fuel loan creation and tracking, payment approvals and history, and multi-station management. The right half is plain white with a Welcome back heading and a short form: Tenant ID, Username and Password, with a control to show the password, above one orange Sign in button.

What you can do

• Enter the station's Tenant ID, your username and your password, then press Sign in.
• Show the password while typing to avoid mistakes.
• Land on the screen your role is meant to use: Daily Sales for managers and admins, the Service screen for dispensing staff.

What you see

A dark title bar reads Daily Sales, with the line Summary, shifts, loans, and trends for the day, and three buttons on the right: Download Report, Set Prices and Start Shift. Below sit date shortcuts for Today, Yesterday, two days ago and three days ago, plus a date picker. The day's card shows the date and the petrol and diesel rates per litre as two small tags. Under it is a row of totals: petrol sold, diesel sold, collected, difference (shaded, and marked needs review when it is not zero), net settlement, net cash in hand and net cash including recoveries, with a count of recoveries still pending. A strip of tags counts the shifts In progress, Submitted, Reviewed and Approved, with the number of loans given that day on the right. Four charts follow: difference per DSM, petrol against diesel, collections by DSM and collections by payment type. The Shifts list at the bottom has a search box and one row per shift.

What you can do

• Switch between today and the last three days, or pick any date.
• Read litres sold, the amount collected and the difference at a glance. Net settlement is what was collected minus what went out as loans, and net cash in hand is net settlement minus expenses.
• See how many shifts are in progress, submitted, reviewed or approved.
• Search the shifts by DSM, MPD, bay or status, and open any row to see its details.
• Set the day's prices, start a shift, or download the day's report as an Excel file.

What you see

Opening a shift slides a panel in from the right, over the list. The top shows who ran the shift, the dispensing unit and bay, the date, the length of the shift and a status tag, with Edit and Send for review buttons and a delete button. Below is a timeline with a Started point and an Ended or Submitted point, each with date, time and name, then four small tiles: litres sold, total sales, sales per hour and test fuel, marked Not billed. A red banner flags a loan mismatch when the loan figure does not agree, and a second banner appears if a nozzle's opening reading does not match the previous shift's closing reading. The Nozzle Readings table lists each nozzle with start and end readings, test fuel, litres sold, rate and amount, and a total row. Money Summary shows what the meter says, what was collected, the difference and the loan difference. Fuel Sold splits petrol and diesel into litres, amount, rate per litre and test fuel. Receipts, loans given and notes follow further down.

What you can do

• Check each nozzle's opening and closing readings and the litres and amount worked out from them.
• Compare what the meter says with what was collected, and read the loan difference.
• Correct a shift's readings and collections while its role and status still allow edits, or send it for review once it looks right.
• Open the photos attached as receipts, and read the loans given during the shift and any notes, all in the same panel.

What you see

A dark title bar reads Shift Reviews, with the line Check what you received against what the shifts expected, and an orange Send for Review button. Below, a Waiting for review list covers the last 30 days and is grouped by date. Each row is one submitted shift: the DSM, the dispensing unit, the bay and the start time on the left, and the word Expected with an amount on the right. Under it, a Past reviews list shows the reviews already sent, or a short note that none have been sent yet.

What you can do

• See every submitted shift that still needs a review, newest day first.
• Choose Send for Review to open a panel: pick shifts, repayments received and expenses paid, then enter the money received in UPI, cash, card and fuel card.
• Watch the expected total, the received total and the result (Short by, Extra or Matches) change as you type.
• Add a note and send. Open a past review later to see what it included and, if you are an admin, approve its shifts.

What you see

A title bar reads Fuel Loans, with a New loan button. A card below holds date shortcuts (Today, Yesterday, Last 3 days, Last 7 days, Last month, This month) and a custom range. A strip of five figures follows: all pending loans, still to collect, given in range, collected in range and payments waiting for approval. Next come a search box for name, phone or vehicle, filter buttons, a Given by selector and a Needs approval only checkbox. The table lists each loan with its date, customer, vehicle, fuel and litres, amount, paid, left, who gave it, flags and a status tag such as Outstanding.

What you can do

• Pick a period and see what was given, what was collected and what is still to collect.
• Filter to the loans that need action, or to those with a payment waiting for approval.
• Search by customer name, phone number or vehicle.
• Sort by date, amount or balance, and open a loan to see its payments and receipts.
• Create a new loan, or edit one if you are an admin.

What you see

A title bar reads Borrowers, with the line Click a borrower to see loans, payments and vehicles, and an Add borrower button. A wide search box below takes a name, contact number or vehicle. The table has one row per borrower: a running number, the name with the email underneath, the contact number, the amount still to pay in red, and the registered vehicles as small plate tags. The name, contact and still to pay columns can be sorted.

What you can do

• Search for a customer by name, contact number or vehicle number.
• Sort by who owes the most.
• Add a borrower with contact details, a credit limit and vehicles.
• Click a row to open the borrower's profile.

What you see

Clicking a borrower opens a panel from the right with the name, contact and an Edit details button. A row of four figures follows: still to pay, credit limit, recovered so far, and loans as pending out of total. Below on the left is a Contact block with phone, email, address and notes. On the right is a Vehicles block, where each vehicle shows its plate and description with an orange Petrol loan and Diesel loan button. At the bottom, a Loans block with a Bulk payment button lists the loans in two groups, Pending and Paid. Each row shows the date, the vehicle, the fuel and litres, the amount, the amount still to pay and a status tag: Outstanding, Partially Paid or Paid.

What you can do

• Read the balance, the credit limit and how much has been recovered.
• Start a petrol or diesel loan for a vehicle with one click.
• Open any loan to see its payments, and record a payment.
• Use Bulk payment to enter one amount that is spread across the oldest loans first.
• Edit the borrower's details and vehicles.

What you see

A Snapshot row shows five cards: total received, number of payments, cash, card and UPI, each with a count and an amount. Two tabs follow, All pending and All, each with a count. The list shows each payment with the borrower, how many of their payments are pending, the amount, and an Open borrower button.

What you can do

• See what was received in a period and how it splits into cash, card and UPI.
• Switch between payments still pending and all payments.
• Open a payment to see its mode, date, who received it, the loan it belongs to and the borrower, and approve it if you are an admin.
• Jump to the borrower from any payment.

What you see

A title bar reads Expenses, with a Create Expense button. Date shortcuts and a custom range sit below. Five figures follow: total, pending (awaiting approval), approved, rejected and approval rate, each with a count. A line chart called Expense Trend shows daily totals for approved, pending and rejected expenses. Two panels sit beneath it: Expense Breakdown by Type, a ring chart with a list of types, amounts and shares for approved expenses, and Expense Status Breakdown, with one bar each for pending, approved and rejected.

What you can do

• Create an expense with a type, a date, an amount and notes. The types are salary, electric bill, food expense, equipment purchase, housekeeping, miscellaneous, tips and transport.
• Change an expense while it is still pending.
• Approve or reject pending expenses, if you are an admin.
• Read the trend and the breakdown to see where the money went.

What you see

What you can do

• Pick a period, from today to last month or any range you choose.
• Compare revenue by meter with what was collected, and see the difference.
• See how collections split between cash, UPI, card and loan.
• Narrow the report to one DSM, and read the totals by DSM and by MPD.
• Jump back to Daily Sales for a single day.

What you see

A Settings sidebar on the left lists Station and Users, with a Back to app button above them. The page is titled Fuel Station, with the line Manage station details and MPD layout. A dark card shows the station's name and short id with an Edit button, and below it the address, phone and email. The MPDs and Nozzles panel counts the units, bays and nozzles and has an Add MPD button. Each MPD is a block with Update and Delete buttons, split into bays that each have a Rename button. Each bay lists its nozzles with the fuel, the nozzle number, and the totaliser reading with the date it was last updated.

What you can do

• Edit the station's name, address, phone and email.
• Add a dispensing unit, update it, or delete it.
• Rename a bay.
• Read the latest totaliser reading for every nozzle.
• Open Users to add staff and set their roles.
